For more than a dozen years, we have been boarding our dogs at Diamond in the Ruff Pet Retreat and, as long as it is in business, we would never consider any other kennel for daycare, boarding or grooming. The impeccably clean facility features a selection of climate-controlled rooms, each with heated tile floor, natural lighting, and an outdoor run with covered patio. Solid walls between the rooms ensure that each dog has their own private space. Knowledgeable, experienced staff pay careful attention to each dog's needs and monitor their interactions with others, both in the building and during outdoor walks/play time on the fully-fenced property. We trust them implicitly to administer any medication our pooch may need during his stay, and they even brush his teeth with the electric toothbrush we bring. Owner, Janice, has more than 20 years of experience as a groomer and does brilliant work with our little lion dog. He loves to visit \Diamond\ and consistently responds with great enthusiasm whenever we mention the word. Indeed I have never seen a dog arrive at the kennel and not strain to leave its owners and greet his kennel friends, be they canine or human.
I took my Old English Sheepdog to Diamond in the Ruff last week as she was in desperate need of a haircut! As usual, Janice and her wonderful team worked their magic and my Cubby looks beautiful! Janice REALLY knows how to cut Old English Sheepdog hair! We picked her up at the end of the day and she was so proud of herself! Janice also will add a feather to her hair if I request this! I have been taking my Old English Sheepdogs to Janice for years now and am always so pleased with her \spa treatment\! I highly recommend Diamond the Ruff, not only for grooming but for play days and pet hotel stays too! Cubby loves it there! Thank you Janice and your wonderful team!
Amazing care for our dogs and very friendly, professional staff. Wish had brought them here sooner. Definitely found our new dog boarding spot!
Just had our poodle groomed and are very happy with the quality and care they took with Penny. Will definately use them again !
