This is an excellent auction service. I have purchased a number of items here over the years, including a travel trailer, a car, a bbq and a new gas stove. The online bidding system works well. The products are well-described with lots of photos. The pick-up process can seem a bit over the top at first but the process is necessary when you sell as many items as they do! I have always found the staff to be friendly and accommodating.

I've been using online auction sites for years now. Bryan's is by far the largest selection of quality items in Ontario. The onsite staff are always very friendly and very helpful. Coordinating multi item loads is never an issue. Communications with admin and office have always been clear and prompt. This is a very professional operation. If you are new to auctions, Read the policies, know your prices, be organized. If you want to be a buyer, this is not Costco, do your homework. And remember to calculate the auction fees, taxes and transportation into your bidding price. I've re-modeled over 12 residential homes in the past few years and a lot of my supplies have come from Bryan's Auction Services. Of the hundreds of items I have bought, there was only one item which failed my expectations. Bryan's staff resolved the issue promptly and beyond my expectations. If you have an issue with an item, the staff are eager to resolve the problem. Thanx Bryan's for keeping these auction items available to the public. Auctions are exciting!

I wouldn't recommend shopping here unless you can look at the product yourself. I understand that during covid there are special circumstances that require the limitation of viewing products, but if someone from Bryan's doesn't call you back to answer your question, and it's pertinent don't bid. After calling and leaving 3 messages, as well as 2 emails I looked at what was shown in the pictures and decided to bid on a 800.00 item. I spoke with the lady who looks after payments and she stated that if the picture showed something it was included as Bryan's puts out a disclaimer if there are things missing or there is something wrong with the product. When I complained that there were things missing Rob the yard manager said if my questions weren't answered I should not have bid on the product. He told me they get thousands of inquiries and can't answer everyone's questions. He said they did nothing wrong and told me he would speak with the manager and get back to me a day or 2 later offering a 50 credit on my next purchase. No call No credit. That was last auction closing in December.

Customer Service is inconsistent within the organization. While many of the staff are eager to help with any issues, it appears mgt does not \walk the talk\,,, After three messages left with Mr. Nader's voicemail and zero call backs - I contacted the front desk and they assured me that I was important and that they would email him to ensure that he called me back. No call was ever received.... After listing my concern on their internal customer satisfaction survey - I did get a response from Agnes committing to having the general mgr call me back to deal with my issue - and now after 2 months - no call.. No need to call now - I have moved on....
