Nice little neat spot in the HEART of downtown By a hotel i believe The only downfall IS THERES NO PARKING STRUCTURE and usually pusateri's has some parking somewhere You habe to park on the road and either pay or risk getting a ticket Inside is very neat small and compact Its like a little big store with many items LOL I never seen that before The people in the area seem very impatient and treat others poorly idk why The staff at this pusateri's are very kind and do their best they can to assist you

My favourite grocery store in Toronto. Great selection of meats, cheeses, prepared meals, sweet treats and everything in-between. It's also spotless and organized perfectly. Special shout out to the lady at the sushi counter who prepares the rolls right in front of you!
I used to loved their pastries, unfortunately I bought some chocolate bomb today, which you can see the molds. I had to return them and they didn’t even understand how much this was unacceptable.
Chicken pot pie is the most delicious pot pie ever. beautiful crust with layers of pastry, creamy (but not overly) filling with chicken and vegetables, not to mention all the ingredients are labelled with no preservatives. Many things in Pusateris can be expensive but they are high quality items and many things are very reasonable. Their pre-packaged meals are great quality, delicious and great price point in comparison to most grocery chains.
Over a month ago, I've placed an order for my birthday get together. Pusateri's was the number one place for me to order and I was sure of the quality and service based my previous experiences at this establishment. On the day of delivered, Sunday November 29th, 2020 at 11 am, I received one call from Pusateri's informing that my order couldn't be completed as I originally had order for \lack of products\. Being a business owner myself, I do understand the challenges we face daily in regards of deliveries and delays of those deliveries. However, it's beyond my comprehension how a establishment as Pusateri's have overlooked my requests and notified such changes a few hours prior to my event! This is of an unprofessional behavior that left me without words. I was forced to replace my order with items that I don't care for just to have something to serve my guests. I was not pleased and that did mar my birthday celebration. Yesterday, Monday November 30st, I received a call from Pusateri's that left me even more infuriated. The call was done to see if the order was of my satisfaction. I said a very clear NO and to my disbelief the person ignored my negative response! The person smiled away as if I have said that everything was fine! No questions made, no explanations given, no apologies offered. This is just unprofessional! This person just didn't acknowledge my response and took no measures to reassure that I would be a returning customer. In short, there's a complete disregard for the completion of an order done a month prior to delivery date, no explanation why changes were communicated shortly before the delivery and most of all, no attention on the follow up call to certify that I was a pleased customer. I'm certainly not pleased and not likely a returning customer. I have no pleasure writing this review but something must be done so other customers wont have to go through such a negative experience!
