My 87 year old Aunt was having a mold issue in her house and Dane was so kind and thoughtful and very understanding of her needs in dealing with the mold situation. We had called PuroClean after a horrible experience with another company. I spoke to Ken at almost 2 am and he was reassuring of the entire situation. Our basement flooded, and continued to flood. Shawn (project manager) was able to come in the next morning and made sure that we figure a way to stop the water before they start taking apart our basement. They were efficient, kind and really eased our stress. Throughout the process we were kept in the loop and were aware of every thing going on. They kept the space clean and were quick! Thanks to them we were able to enjoy our holidays stress free. Would recommend their services in a heart beat. P.S. they also didn’t mind our crazy loud dog during the process! All love to their wonderful team!!

Attic Mould Remediation was a great and quick service. The technician did an excellent job and used an excellent product to clean up the mould in the attic. They attached a detailed report and picture of what was done. They are skilled and knowledgeable technicians.

Thank you very much to Derek and Dane for coming out and easing our minds about possible mold growth in our basement. Derek could have suggested getting the entire area fully cleaned, which we would have done with no questions, but instead he came out and told us he didn't see a cause for concern. To ease our minds, he offered to come out and spray the area down with a cleaner at no charge. Dane was the one who came out to do the spray down and was very professional and knowledgeable. Very very impressed with both Derek and Dane and would not hesitate to contact them again or recommend them to anyone. Definitely the ones to call!!! Thank you Very Much!!!

I recently had some water damage in my home and Puroclean came immediately to review the severity of the damage, plugged in fans and did a infrared reading on potential water not seen. They left fans and heaters for a few days and promptly returned after a couple days to check on everything. Ken and his team are very professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone in these situations.

I had some water damage in my living room's ceiling. I contacted Puroclean Milton for the first time and from the start to the end everyone i spoke to was thoroughly professional and friendly. Derek Kessel (project manager) was looking after my request and guided me in each step of the process. All commitments were kept and the work was done on time. Very happy with the fact that the staff moved and isolated the area where the damage was and all my furniture/sofas etc. were covered and a thorough cleanup was done when they were leaving. It did not feel like any work was done when they left. Highly recommended. Kudos to Derek!!
