I usually don't write google reviews but this company exceeded my expectations today in every way so felt the need to say how fantastic they were. We received a complaint of mold in one of our rental units from the tenant. When I called the PuroClean Leslie was responsive, professional and very flexible with regards to timing things with myself and my tenants. Something came up and we needed to do another inspection on the same house the following day, for this Warren the owner of the company joined her who was also a great pleasure to deal with (you can imagine my worry when a tenant is complaining of mold and we have to do a second inspection) all I envisioned was floors & walls being ripped out and a lot of for complete restoration. After inspecting the property for a second day they told me there was in fact no mold issue at all. They directed me to a minor HVAC fix (that they won't even profit from themselves) and left after two visits not charging me a dime!!! Dealing with many companies and contractors with our rental business I am often asked by companies to write a google reviews if they do a good job. Due to a busy life I never have actually taken the time to do this until now. Warren and Leslie at PuroClean did not ask me to write them this review, which in my eyes makes their company look even better. They are an honest, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy company to deal with for property restoration. I would highly recommend working with them.
