Always a great experience
A favourite place to shop with staff who always make you feel welcome. Whether I’m there once a month or once a year, the people there make me feel welcome, are always willing to help, are considerate and kind. In an age of impersonal shopping through a digital kiosk, it’s wonderful to experience the personal touch with people who see, hear and help you with whatever you are looking for while still being fair when it comes to price. I’ll be sad to see the Trollbeads go because it was always an event to go to Pure Home and peruse the Trollbead selection before choosing a new memento to commemorate a moment in time.
Love, love, love Pure Home! To be honest I have to avoid going here regularly because they just have too many things I want. Although the products are high quality I can honestly say the people are even better!
Horrible service & attitude. Apparently asking if they have nothing to show me isn’t a question to which she responded you need patience, im not spending 45 minutes there to see one item.
