Frequent visitor for massage appointments. One of the best places I have been to over the years and that is why I keep returning. Staff is extremely polite from the moment you walk in. Beautiful, clean ambience throughout the entire spa. Look forward to returning in the near future for another massage.
Pur Balance! My home away from home! I absolutely love it here, from the moment I walk in I'm greeted with the kindest people at the front desk \All Smiles\ and always there to help. All the staff I have met have been happy and positive, you can tell they love working there! Its so relaxing and a bunch of great finds in there front end boutique. The wide rage of service's they provide are beyond exceptional, also great pricing for the area. I can spend the whole day getting pampered and come out feeling great and looking amazing. I wanted to share my experience with everyone cause I feel we all need a day of pampering. This is the place to be! Thank your for being so wonderful to me Pur Balance!
I booked a massage with Tracey on December 31st. I thought what a great way to get rid of the stresses of 2020 and have a fresh start for 2021. I was not disappointed! From the welcome I received from reception to the full massage and facial with Tracey, I was impressed. I would recommend Tracey and Pur Balance if you are looking for a true Spa experience.
If you haven't visited this spa yet, you're missing out. The smell, the atmosphere, the staff...all are amazing. And the rooms! Gorgeous! I was fortunate enough to book with their RMT, Tracey, for a facial and a massage. The facial left my face glowing for what seemed like days. And my massage was probably one of the best massages I've had. I like a deep massage and Tracey didn't disappoint! She pin-pointed all my knots (I sit at a desk all day so I had plenty) and worked on them till they were gone. Tracey has strong hands which is what I like in a RMT. I am so happy I found this place and Tracey. I feel like I floated out the door! Repeat client here!
