Super friendly staff with superior quality yarns.
I am a knitter and I just love this store. They have good selection of Rowan yarns. They also have Koigu and Shibui. It never fails to surprise me just now much is packed into this store. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially Barb. The owner Sharon is a gem too. She is always bringing in new yarns and great guest instructors.

I have to say after many many years this remains my ultimate favourite place to shop for yarn in Calgary. The staff at this store are so very helpful and kind and caring. I have been to other yarn stores, and as I say this I am especially thinking of one in particular that is bigger than Pudding but the customer service is just not there like it is at Pudding. If I am struggling with colour choice or patterns to do Barb and Ann and Sharon are knowledgeable and helpful and actually care about what you are doing in contrast to other un-named stores. You can sit down at a table to just knit, or lay out your yarn picks and mull over your choices with no pressure and honest and sincere help if you need it. Sometimes size doesn't matter as much as heart. Not to mention the quality of the yarn they sell at Pudding is excellent.
