I had my storage broke into. Someone scoped it out and knew what was inside (that part most likely has nothing to do with the company). After this happened, I found out that the security cameras just so happened to not work. So if you are looking for a secure storage unit, I'd 100% recommend not using this location.
Jennifer was very friendly and professional with how she handled our visit, I forget the girls name who we actually dealt with but both of them were very professional and very friendly, we shared genuine laughs and they made us feel really comfortable. Definitely recommend this storage locker. I feel they went above and beyond. Great customer service :)
