This company is outstanding. I have a lot of Milwaukee tools that carry a five year warranty. Anytime I need one warrantied they are amazing at getting it fixed right and back in my hands so I can continue to use them for my job everyday. Breanne is very polite and is exact on the time it takes to get back to me. They have such a great supply of any tool needed to complete jobs. I refer all my coworkers to Pryde industrial for the great customer service.

Go anywhere else to get the tools repaired. Nothing but a scam. They'll warranty batteries out but anything with the tool they just play games. Very clear issue with the tool 2 weeks later say its normal operation. No save the time and apparently charge for doing nothing and get your tools actually fixed. Best part? One of the issues I am having is something they were already supposed to fix.

Home Depot directed me to this company RE a 16 gauge Rigid nailer which has two years remaining on warranty, which was not sinking nails flush. The people I spoke with over the phone seemed nice enough, but they did not disclose any information related to inspection fees, nor did my wife sign anything when she dropped off my nail gun. When I was told about the fee (when they called to tell me it is ready for pick up) I raised this issue but the employee I spoke with seemed to think customers \should know the fee is implied\, and acknowledged nothing was signed, nor do they know what is told to customers at drop off. Since the issue is not a warranty issue (according to Pryde the tool is working fine.... right... I have had it for over a year and it has never worked properly), I am being charged a 20 fee. This is a deceptive and unethical business practice. Hopefully my tool is actually working now, unlike for other reviewers who noted a similar situation but without any improvement after surprise fees for \service\ from Pryde. I definitely don't recommend dealing with Pryde, ever. If you do, be sure you ask for information on what they may charge you to release your (under warranty) tool back to you in the event they deem the issue not to be related to manufacturers defect. The hours are inconvenient and they are located in the middle of nowhere. This is my last Rigid purchase, and picking up my tool will be my last trip to Pryde.

Sent my Milwaukee impact gun for a warranty repair. I live 2 hours away so I had to ship it in. Got it back in 4 weeks with issue repaired. The lady on the phone was very helpful and explained the process very clearly.
