Protech filed my Canadian PR via Quebec program in 2011. Initially they would call me 2 times a day for information, once i gave my checks, the response slowed down. But they filed the application and gave me a tracking number. In between, the embassy needed some more information, which i provided on time. But they didn't give me any update for couple of months and all of a sudden after 12-13 months of follow-up, they said the govt rejected my application because the information was not provided on time. Although i gave them everything on time. They assured me, it has happened to some people before and they would try to get my case opened again. But i never heard back from them. I have been following up since last 5 years with no progress or response. I feel so helpless, they didn't even return any money (which Canadian govt returns in case of rejection). Can someone, please help me.
1. They provide inaccurate details. 2. Post paying the fee (which was too high compare tonothers) they won't response to the case. Really waste of time and money.
