I have been using Property Vista since January 2020. I have found it to be the greatest tool I have. Once the tenants were educated on how to use this tool they have found it easier to communicate with the office 24/7, no matter what their schedule was. I have found that this program allows me to maintain communication with tenants, fast response to work orders, addressing tenant concerns, communicate building and special events paperless as well as dealing with numerous management requirements through out the day. This program has been a God sent.

Property Vista is the best system I have used while being a property manager! I’ve worked with many but hands down this is the best one. It’s user friendly- easy to navigate, each to train and understand. It has a wide range of capabilities from purchase orders to leases to tenant files! Would highly recommend to all companies!

The updates come regularly, the on-boarding was smooth, and questions are answered in a consistent manner by the same people. The software itself is very powerful and scales very well. Just a really easy site to use. Use it all the time.... Edit: I got a notification saying 'my review is really popular' only to open it up and see this which I did not write... I have never used or even heard of this site...

I will give a -5 if I could. They are a fraud company!! They charged me 2345.43 as down payment and 856.18 per month, and promised me to build the system. But 5 month passed, they did nothing!! The system is not able to use, not at all!! They stole my money!! I have all the receipts and emails, if you don't believe my words, I can show all proof to you! Reply to James: Please, stop being fake nice to me. Your staff promised me to refund my money, but when I follow up with your team, you did not keep your promise again. What can I say expect FRAUD company?
