Stored enclosed trailer with snowmobiles and gear inside then go to renew the storage rent only to be told my trailer and gear had been stolen over a week before. Apon further investigation it was the on-site secrurity that stole it and the manager is doing nothing to put this right. Am very unhappy considering I trusted them with my property and they did this

Cameron is always updating the security system
When we first parked our trailer there 3 years ago it was fairly basic security with a good fence but the gate system wasn't up to the task. They updated it with a much better system based on your driver's license number. We did have a minor issue with someone tampering with our propane cover while parked inside. Our spot was plenty wide and long enough. The road inside could use grading and filling of the large potholes. This may have been fixed in the past year as we now park our trailer at home. The rates were increased twice in two years that we were on location. The best place in Chilliwack to store a trailer in my opinion.
