Very positive, professional experience using these guys. Showed up the day after we e mailed (didnt even tohave to call), found problem, fixed it, took pictures of the problem and the fix (brilliant) and e mailed me everything after with the invoice. I didn't even have to be there. I would have paid more for this kind of service but happy I didn't have too.

Not even a star would be deserved. Emailed twice to confirm appointment. A no show... Mailbox full. No communication. Do not recommend.
Contrary to other reviewers, Graham had to reschedule due to an unfortunate situation that he took full responsibility on. His straightforwardness was much appreciated. He came, did a superb job, and I will strongly recommend Pro Sweep to everyone!
Unreliable. Does not follow up with installations and does not return phone calls. Would not recommend.
