I’ve used Pro Locksmiths for 22 years, and always received excellent quality and incredible service. This week our condo group required a new lock and several keys on one of our main doors. Everyone at Pro Locksmiths was kind, friendly, and professional. The technician came on time, was very kind, and extremely efficient. He answered all my questions, and explained each step. They all went far above and beyond my expectations. I will remain a loyal customer, and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Went into their shop this morning to have a key made, after attempting to having the key replicated unsuccessfully at three other locations. I place the key on the counter and without picking it up or touching it, they said, \I am sorry but it is an import key\. To me it looked like any other lock key but they knew instantly that the key could not be copied. I appreciated their honesty and more importantly I appreciated the advice they gave me on what to do as a replacement as to what the key belonged to.

Definitely would NOT recommend. They would not issue a refund for 8.48 for a key they cut that did not work. Yes they stated that there was no guarantee that the key would work, but they did not state they would not refund if it did not. Small corner stores, Home Depot, Canadian Tire etc. happily give refunds if the keys they cut do not work. So now I am out the money and still do not have a functioning key. Very bad customer service.
