Purchased most of my goalie equipment here over the years. Other than one purchase for pads that I had to chase them for two weeks for, all others I was very happy with. Their sales staff for the most part are knowledgeable in the equipment they sell.

Came to look for new skates, and the associate in the skate department, Claudio, was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to educate and find the right skates for me. There was no pressure to buy and very friendly the whole time. I would recommend and my experience with Claudio to anyone in the market for new skates

Awesome store with a huge selection of hockey equipment and merchandise from all 31 NHL teams. I bought an Anaheim Ducks hat from here and I strongly recommend it if you want to get your hockey fix.
We drove up from Kitchener and found out when we got there, they didn't have what we drive up for after they mistakenly said they did. They felt really and, and gave us the VIP treatment! My boys and I were thrilled with how they made up for their mistake. They really went above and beyond. Thanks guys! Amazing Customer service!
