This is a great store but the person who helps people select skates doesn’t know what he is doing. He told us to buy skates that were smaller than the current skates my son has that no longer fit him. He seemed more concerned that we buy super feet insoles for the skates than helping us get the right skate.

Went looking for skates and had the expectation of waiting for one of the Staff to find a pair for me and then basically leave it at that. Mike was the associate that helped me out and he totally blew me away with the service. I never expected such top notch service when purchasing skates. He took the time to answer all of the questions I had and made other suggestions as well. I've had many pairs of skates in the past and I told him about the issues I had with them and he made sure to find a pair that was suitable for me. I'm glad I didn't go next door to SportChek, cause there's no way I would've gotten the same kind of service. I was budgeting around 200 - 250, and I ended up walking out spending 500! I'm not upset in any way shape or form about spending more than I planned, because at the end of the day, he showed me what was best suited for me and I'm satisfied with my purchase. Thanks Mike, keep up the good work Sir !!

David, the department manager was very professional and super helpful with assisting my fiancé and I with skates. He spent an hour with us helping us find the right sizes for our feet. He didn't try to hard sell us on any particular skate but instead educated us and did everything he could to help us. Attention to detail and quality of service was exceptional. At the end, they didn't have the size we needed in stock therefore we couldn't make the purchase happen. Hoping that when they have the sizes we need we can go back and buy from David.

Awesome experience at PHL. Braden was a great help to me as I tried to get new skates. My feet are a pain in the a to fit and he did his best to find something that would work for me. He’s a wizard! Kinger did a good job of sharpening them for me. Now I can get back on the ice after more time than I’d like to admit. Thanks so much to you. Go see them for all of your hockey needs.

10/10 service. Needed to buy Hockey skates last minute because I was playing that night. Zach was extremely helpful and found me the perfect skates. Everyone was also eally nice letting me stay late past closing (sorry again ) and there was no complaints, just stayed helpful. Highly reccomend coming to this location just for the service alone

Great experience at this store. Was looking for Montreal Canadiens selection because they’re my favorite team. Gave it a 4 because the prices of the Adidas jerseys were way too expensive. I found a perfect Canadiens jersey for way cheaper on the official NHL store but other than that great experience, and friendly staff when it comes to hockey
