I spoke to Michelle over the phone a few days ago and scheduled for a clean yesterday. She seemed very knowledgeable in her field and professional so I felt confident to book an appointment for her to see the house and bring her team in to clean, all on the same day. Not only did she not call me, she and her team did not show up. I reached out to Michelle 10 minutes before the appointment (because I had a strange feeling) and she explained she was swamped with work since 4am and said she would call me back within the hour to see where her team was at. She didn't seem to handle herself very well under pressure. No courtesy phone call to let me know she was running late, no call back after my phone call and still a no show all day. I was also expecting an estimate from her in an email, which she too did not follow through on. I drove an hour North to attend and meet Michelle only for both her and her team to not show up. I understand things happen but in this case... very very poor level of communication on the company's part. I would say they are extremely unreliable due to their lack of communication and would suggest to anyone...take your business elsewhere unless you would like your precious time and hard earned money well wasted. I was very disappointed with the quality of the clean. We had just finished an extensive renovation and brought Pristine Clean in specifically for a enovation clean\. The crew that came did a very basic, incomplete surface clean. I spoke with the manager who informed me that this was the second time this team had done this in one week! I would not recommend this service.
Great job, and great price. The ladies had good attention to detail, definitely recommend them.
