very rude staff, does not know how to talk politely. Please don't publish your contact number publicly as store contact if you don't want customers to call and check whether your services are open on holidays or not. Google Search showed that your store is open and that is why I called to confirm as I want very urgent print outs. Felt pathetic after talking to the staff. never calling or going to them after this.
