Thank you Princess making my dream come true! It's the 1st investment in my lift, I am so happy with what I brought! Even though it's just a one bedroom unit, Princess found me a brand new, south facing, unobstructed fraser river view, with a 120ft big balcony, a really beautiful sub-penhouse which is prefectly fitted into my inquiries & my limited budget! I am very lucky to have Princess to help me as she is very efficiency and fast enough to negotiate a good deal with the seller side to make sure I don't have to fight with a lot of other potential buyers. I was even end up bought it with more the ten thousand lower than the seller asking for the market price! She also carefully read the small details of the contract before I paid the deposit to make sure everything is correct and explained to me about everything that I should know, which is I actually know nothing about buying a property before that! During the whole process, Princess shows her professional, her hard working, and her deep effort! I will definitely recommend her to all my friends & family in the future!
