Worst customer service I've ever experienced (Langley store) ignorant surly staff, their web page stock listing in no way accurate and the whole store is poorly laid out. I didn't think it was possible to be worse than Canadian Tire but somehow PA managed it. Impressive.

Knowledgeable staff when you need them. They don't pounce on you the second you walk in the door like most retail places but you can always find someone when you need something. What is also great is if the employee that you are dealing with doesn't know the answer to your question they find someone that does, they don't guess. Huge selection of parts and products, bright store, and usually pretty clean, not sure what's going on the the tire in the photo. It looks to be rolled though cobwebs...I'd go back anyway as they always have what I need for a reasonable price.

Amazing staff and amazing service! Was helped by Lynda this morning and to say that the return i was making was made way easier by her knowledge and expertise would be an understatement! Love coming here the friendly staff and great products are always something a consumer wants! Definitely recommend!
