Excellent craft store with all the supplies a person could ever want. I like the picture frames, and all the different kinds of pens, pencils, and drawing supplies. The kids like the Fimo section, the wooden craft kits and the activity books. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for "big box" supplies and services.

Super customer service from Michaels staff but Vern was especially helpful and knowledgeable. He somehow found most everything we were looking for, had great suggestions for substitutes and directed us to items on sale. He then told us where we would find the last product right down to the store, the department and similar products. That is true old fashioned expert service and that is the way to get patron loyalty. Fantastic!
