Dr Waller is a very good dentist. His chair side manner is friendly and gentle and very informative. His staff is wonderful. The assistant was so gentle. I wasn't left alone for a single moment. All my questions were patiently answered. The receptionist, Denise was extremely patient and kind. This is a very good indication of the kind of service you will get. I really have a bad attitude towards dentists. My experience with them has not been positive. That's why my 5 * is so amazing. Thanks so much

Fantastic customer service. One generally has a sense of unease when it comes to the dentist, especially when one hasn't been to a dentist in years. One tends to feel a bit uncomfortable. These lovely peeps made me feel uncomfortably comfortable for a dentist visit. It's a good thing! To clarify. Haha. They put my mind at ease about being there in the first place. They made me feel safe during these scary times of social distancing. The awesome lady that took care of me was so kind and humourous, she definitely made my visit super easy on my nerves. I felt ultimately reassured that I was in fantastic hands by the time I left. Highly recommended!

I always see the same hygienist it seems but she is excellent! Best scaler around who doesn’t hurt and pull. Dr Waller has been my dentist since I was a child and has always been very professional and done quality work.
