I bought a Norco storm, medium bike. It is a beautiful fit. The staff were very helpful: they shortened (sawed) my extra-long seat bar so it could slide down, short enough to fit me, they adjusted the breaks and shifter distances to fit my hands, and they answered my many questions. I can bring my bike in for free tune ups for a year, where I will peruse their fun gear. Thanks for being so friendly guys!

I looked a lot of different places for back-country skis and boots for my partner's birthday and finally found exactly what she needed at Cycle Logic. They did a first rate fitting and molding job. They carry top brands like Scarpa and DPS and I really appreciate the knowledgeable staff for bikes and back-country skiing. Brenden is especially experienced in these areas. I was surprised also that they matched prices from larger out-of-town mail-order suppliers.
Had a brake line problem and went in without an appointment. They are booked solid, but took 10 minutes out of their busy schedule to help me! Brendan and his coworkers were super helpful and cheerful, and they will definitely be my go-to bike shop from here on out in Prince George!

I was very impressed with the service I recently had at Cycle logic. From the first time I went into the store the employees were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Brendon was professional in every way, and during my returning visit he remembered my name and knew exactly why I was back. You can tell that these employees have a passion for what they do, and are genuinely excited for the purchases that are made. I am looking so forward to getting out on my road bike:) Thanks guys
