Hey look, first review. Unfortunately will be choosing another place further from home due to employee incompetence and lack of customer service and resolution. Giving my rewards points to another individual without verifying ID and refusing to reimburse points due to their error. Sadly this has happened to other people as well, hopefully they resolved it.
