Rented 2 Jet Skis. All went well and the place is nice. Unfortunately it took about 2 months and a lot of effort to get my 2000 deposit back. They never contested nothing about the 2 jet skis being intact but they are just really difficult to reach. I guess some people are not vigilant about the deposit and they just forget it..

We had an amazing experience! Honestly we were all quite sceptical about coming here after reading the reviews; but this place surpassed our expectations. The owner, Warren, was very kind and helpful. They had excellent customer service and clean boats. We were given a quick lesson on how to drive the boat before hand. It was quite windy the day we came here (this harder to drive the boat) so one of the employees, Alex, volunteered to drive us around in the boat for over an hour. All in all, I had a great time with my family, and would definitely come again. I recommend you all come here for yourself, as I most certainly will.
Make sure to take the prices listed on the website and add 1000 for what you'll actually pay. They take a deposit and tell you it will be returned \in a few days\. It has been multiple weeks and they have refused to return my deposit or return any of my calls or emails despite the boat rental being returned in perfect condition. Terrible experience!! Update: responded to my countless emails and messages on multiple platforms with nothing but a thumbs up on Facebook and still no deposit return another few weeks later. Save yourself and book somewhere else! Update #2: In response to owner comment below, I followed all necessary protocols and returned to the desk after my trip to confirm my deposit would be returned. I was assured it would be returned \within a few days\. It was eventually returned after more than a month and after several back and forth and very disgusting conversations with the owner, who has no professionalism whatsoever and will insult you and swear at you. I support small businesses, but this one does not deserve to continue operating. I stay solid on my initial review. In addition, even though deposit was returned, I still faced charges on the credit card that I used, so please be aware that this type of operation is completely unacceptable.
