Horrible service and rude plus their prices definitely dont help things but put all that aside THEY DONT EVEN WARRANTY THEIR APPLIANCES!! So what's the point of paying all that money with no guarantees it's going to work passed a day?? I was seriously disappointed in the staff !! He was very rude insulted my intelligence and didnt even acknowledge my daughter when she introduced herself to him....shes a kid!!

Good service. They communicate through texting in addition to over the phone. Some or most of their products are from the repo business, which is why you can find such good products at a incredibly reduced price. The stove I bought came with a 60 day warranty. They will allow to test the appliances before purchasing them. The stove I bought had an msrp of 2000. But it was repo'd and Prince Appliances bought the stove for 500. They had it listed for 750, but he sold it to me for 640, only giving himself a profit of 140. So in my opinion the pricing is amazing. I will update this review if the stove I bought fails. I highly recommend prince appliances if you don't want to waste your money at other appliance stores. EDIT: It's been about 2 weeks since the purchase of the stove. There was a hissing noise and the door did not seal or lock. Prince appliances gladly sent a repairman a few days later. He was friendly, efficient, and punctual. He fixed both issues within an hour. I highly recommend prince appliances, since they honor their 60 day warranty, and their technicians are professional.
Very fast response to my message and inquiry about a fridge and stove for my rental property. Cost was very reasonable and they even removed my old, not working appliances at no extra cost. Highly recommended!!

Called this morning with a time we would stop by, we were in and our with a washer, and it was delivered and set up for us for a pretty nominal fee considering I wouldn't be able to get it out of my truck and downstairs by myself, let alone hooked up! We are very grateful! Thank you!
