Update: The car is fixed but the journey was stressful. I recommend better communication or being up front when dealing with customers. People should not have to chase you for repair work. Like when you scratched our car doing an oil change. Having to chase you around for weeks is poor customer service. Just one example of many with our experiences with Mann
Great dealership, went above and beyond to help us get the perfect truck. After trying for 6 months to buy through our local dealer and not having a great experience, connected with Josiah at Mann Northway and not only did he have the truck we were looking for, but he personally delivered it to us 1000km away! Sold me a car with an illegal tint on it and then didnt do anything to remove the tint or to cover the ticket. Or at least even provide evidence of them not putting it on so I can fight it. The sales rep Eric was no help and was extremely unprofessional and rude on the phone. I definitely do NOT reccomend giving this dealership your business or time as they will not give you theirs. Wish I could give less than 1 star.
Worst expérience. Our running car was sent through sgi for gas tank change after few weeks we got the dead car back with bodyshop manager Tim estimating engine problems worth thousands of dollars. Towed it to a different mechanic and found bad fuel/water in gas tank and after he cleaned the gas tank and put new gas its running again.
