Had primus last year and decided to go back to them. I get a call saying my new account was pending due to “not” returning the motem. Which I returned it and called customer service a week after I returned it to get them to confirm it. They tried to get 137 from me and considering if that was true they never tried to contact with me. I wouldn’t trust this company go with bell or Rogers less of a hassle and frustration

I've had Primus for 9 years and just recently service cuts out multiple times a day. I've called tech support yet they say everything is fine at their end. It's time for me to research a new internet provider. Any suggestions???
For what it is, they are a decent company. I have never had any issues with them and they are always on the ball when I do call. They are always easy to get in touch with, although a chat based options would be a nice feature to have.
It’s interesting how their tech-support says that the service they offer is not the greatest!!!
Nothing to say positive about this company.I wonder how a toxic company like this is,allowed to work in Canada
