CLOSED when I went. Check the schedule before you go. You can get up to the fence and see the animals but you cannot go inside entry fee is a donation. We just donated a few bucks to help out. Talk to a lovely gentleman that volunteers at the sanctuary. We plan on going back for sure easy to find. Lots of parking. A small farm, we need more places like this. Runs on donations, so make your donations!

I had never heard of this place until this past Sunday and I fell in love with it!!! It was not hard to find at all, it was a suggested stop on a road trip we were doing. We got there just before three. There were a number of cars parked on the side of the road, and people seeing the donkeys from the fence. They are currently not doing their tours due to Covid, but the volunteers were all there answering all our questions. They also have a baby, who we got to see for a couple of seconds. If you are ever in the area I recommend you make this a pit stop.

Love this place and the people. Took my 93 year old mother and she struck great conversations with the donkeys that appeared to gravitate to her. What they are doing for these animals is inspirational and I'm happy to be able to support them.

Wonderful - therapeutic for kids up to 120 - no typo!! Seriously! Who among us doesn't need a big pair of ears from time to time. They have 50 plus sets of them there!!

The volunteers are kind and informative. You can tell they all love the animals and want to give them the best care.
