We had a wonderful experience working with Victor and his crew. We have had so many compliments on our cabinets which are white with a grey glaze.

I would highly recommend not using this company as they seem to have a hard time delivering on what they promise. Our project was not completed on time and what was done had deficiencies from the start. The person we have been dealing with is very rude and unprofessional and has made the experience a nightmare. If you are in the process of working with them I wold recommend you have everything in writing before paying them and that you hold back at least 10% of the balance to ensure the company has an incentive to actually finish your project.

Its taken me 6 months to write this review because the frustration needed to settle! Initially staff was great, supportive but once they had our money and problems started to happen we were just another customer bumped to the back of the line. A project we were told would take 3 months took over 6 months to complete (of course it wasn't there fault and no effort was made to rush the project). When cupboards needed to be re-ordered we were told color matching could be a problem, but now that i need touch up paint (?really) it comes in a small bottle within a week. I could go on and on with the problems we had and attitude we got. GO with a company that makes their cupboards locally not in China, the wait time is ridiculous, especially if there is an issue. Our kitchen looks lovely and I thought the product was good, but now that we have had 2 chips in the paint (just day to day wear, adults, no kids) I am not so sure. So disappointing, we were hoping for better.

Short version: 13 months to mostly fix a botched up install. Not worth the time, headache and money. We selected Prime kitchen to do our kitchen in October of 2018. The kitchen arrived and was originally installed. There were multiple issues including damaged cupboards, scratched doors and trim, missing and damaged shelves, poorly secured kick plates. When the countertop installer came for his last premeasurement he let us know one set of cabinets was not level with the other. Prime fixed it by shimming the top of the cabinets instead of the bottom. The manager promised we would not be able to tell the difference (we still can). Countertop was installed just before Xmas and we were left but a functional but damaged kitchen and poorly installed. Over the next thirteen months they tried at least half a dozen times to fix issues but always showed up prepared to fix one or two of the issues and sometimes were unsuccessful of even that. Finally in January of 2020 the kitchen was as close to fixed as they would ever get it. We still have two damaged poorly patched cabinets, a countertop which is not parallel to the top of the cabinet and a few other small visible issues but at least we never have to deal with Prime again
