I was quite worry when I read the bad comments but I really want to come for the walk-in because it opens at 7:30am. However, they accept walk-ins at 8:00am fortunately which is still fine to me. Let me update about this clinic on August 24 of 2020. The receptionists and the doctors are very nice and professional. Please, come and have some great experience then you don't have to search any further. Highly recommended.

This is an amazing clinic. I have been a patient of Dr. Bell for 10 years, and I have received by far the best care you could possibly receive. The front end staff, despite the reviews, are very kind and do their jobs well. If you can find yourself a spot as a client at this clinic I would highly recommend it.

I desperately needed a walk-in visit on a Friday as I had run out of refills on an important medication. I checked online and called to confirm the hours and I was told that they would accept walk-ins until 11am. Upon my arrival at 9am, I was greeted very harshly by the woman at the front desk. I smiled and said hello and she looked up at me and coldly asked if i had an appointment. I said no, that I wanted a walk-in and she said that it was closed. I told her that I had called and was told 11am and she replied by saying that since it opened at 8am and they had 5 people arrive right away, they closed it at 8am. I was made to leave and go elsewhere to get my prescription. It was a complete waste of my time and I am extremely disappointed with the rude and arrogant front desk staff.
