Been going here for years and I have nothing but positive things to say. Dr. Basta is knowledgeable, genuine, and really cares about your physical and mental well-being. The receptionist is great too!

Doesn't care about patients. Rushes you out the door. Has a temper too. These good reviews are insane.Told me i have allergy. I don't. Sends me to the wrong specialist.Tells me not to climb a ladder cause the drug for pain he gave causes grogginess. He can see i am in a wheelchair. Very rude and dumb.

I’ve been to this clinic many times since it opened, and each time it’s a great experience. The receptionist is very nice, and Dr. Basta delivers great care. He is attentive and respectful. I always feel like I’m not being rushed, and that he spends as much time as I need him for that visit. He also is personable, but the visits are efficient and effective so I feel that my time is well used. Best part: If you show up in the first 2 hours, you usually get in and out within 30 minutes or so. That’s fast for a walk-in clinic. Being in Superstore, you can also do some shopping and come back to your place in line. Highly recommended clinic.
