The front lady is very very extremely rude . She has no clue to respect peoples time . Don’t know how to speak with patients. She don’t deserve to be there .

The booking of my “over the phone” appointment went well. Front desk people were very nice and helpful. As I got to my appointment over the phone, I really did not appreciate how RUDELY the doctor spoke to me. She had the phone far away on speaker so it was very hard to hear her. So when I couldn’t understand what she was saying she would get angry. Then she asked where I was picking up my prescription, I told her, she confirmed it and then hung up on me. I’d recommend to go elsewhere because the doctors should NOT speak rudely to patients.

Dr. Seeing patients all day and not wearing a mask during COVID, and Dr. Himself was not practicing social distancing. Also no set up for social distancing for patients. Dr also refused to do over the phone, when all was needed was a few simple questions. During COVID this is annoying. Oh and came in at 1:25 pm, told to come back at 3pm and I wouldn’t loose my spot in line, came back at 3pm and waited another 1.5 hours and ended up being the last patient seen in the day.

Was the 3rd one in line at 830am And was told it would be an hour, didn’t get to a room until 1030. The doctor came in And asked me what’s wrong so I started explaining my symptoms, she wasn’t looking at me while I was talking or responding because she couldn’t log into the computer so they restart it and then she goes to see another patient. I hate to complain because we have free health care but come on. Won’t be back.

This clinic is been great for me. The doctors are great at diagnosis illness. The wait is around 1 -1/2 hours but you are allowed to put your name on hold with your health card I would suggest to wait 75 minutes before coming back.. I got everything thing I needed I was happy with this doctor I would recommend this clinic

Accompanied my husband to see dr. Akinloe. My husband is satisfied with the doctor. But one of the front desk ladies is the roughest person I've ever seen. My parents are from Belarus so I know a little Russian. She rudely discussed patients and laughed at their problems. The doctor is great but the service is terrible. You really need to do something about this.

Worst service ever received. Receptionist one of the rudest pwraon Ive ever met in my life. And waiting time you cant even imagine. The minimum I will say 3-4 hours when they kept saying you its 1 hour wait time. 100% not recommending to anyone.
