Been awaiting breathe test results for months, prescriptions only lasting a month - this has been the worst clinic experience I've ever had. This was my choice walk in clinic for 4 years

No respect for people's time! Even after making an appointment, it could take 12.5 hours to see doctor, such a pain! Senior doctor and he is experienced but horrible time management !! Could do something better in people's life

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS CLINIC. Staff and receptionists are completely incompetent. I physically had to go to the office because they wouldn't even answer their phones for 60 minutes straight. I have personally switched family doctors to avoid this place at all costs. You're welcome.

Too much wait , 2 to 3 hours wait from your set appointment. No reminder or follow up calls for appointment and after lab results. There is no star if possible. To some patients too much time others just formality

My brother had went in to see Dr.Armstrong for the first time. Dr.Armstrong needs some CULTURE AWARENESS and CULTURE SENSITIVITY. Very disgusting behaviour! I work for the SHA.

Absolute worst experience! Had an appointment for 5:30pm and waited until 9pm to see a doctor when the office closes at 5. Staff is not knowledgeable at all!!! New family doctor asap!!! Unacceptable behavior from a doctors office!!

I have been coming to this clinic for about 3 years now. The reception has always been very welcoming, and Doctor Mettle always takes his time to fully hear me out and come to a course of action with me. Wait times can be long but at least you can see a doctor if you need. I've actually waited for 2.5 hours once because I was the last person to sign up as a walk in patient, meaning I got in last, that's just how the system works. I was thankful that the doctor stayed until 7:30 to get me in as a patient. It does show true devotion to their patients and work. The building itself is decorated very simply, there are some posters on the wall, but I would recommend bringing something along as an activity since there can be a wait. I've sat in the waitroom reading, drawing, crocheting, anything simple that doesnt take much space up. TL;DR: the reception is very nice, doctors (at least Mettle) seem to take time and give help where needed. There can be a wait, especially as a walk in, but bring an activity and it wont feel as long.
