We enjoy the numerous Pridham Pottery purchases we have made over the last three or four years. Sometimes we purchase at the Pridham booth at the Creston Farmer’s Matket, but we have also enjoyed browsing at their studio, or even picking up on the porch during Covid times. We have always felt the service was outstanding and we absolutely adore our mugs and plates and other specialty items we have purchased from Pritam. Thank you for your talent and beautiful work and accommodations.

Not very happy at all! I purchased two coffee mugs, a large fruit bowl and a triangular plate about 5 years ago. Kept them on display for 5 years inside a china cabinet. A few months ago I went to use the mugs and found that one of them had a slow leak. I contacted the Owner and she said they come with no guarantee. She does not stand behind her products. She did not offer to replace it, repair it or even a discount on another mug. The mug was never used—brand new condition and I paid full price for it 36. A lot of money for a leaky mug! Be leery of purchasing from her. Or at least, do a water test before you buy!! Other than that, I’m very happy with my other purchases from Pridham Studio. Very unique! Beautiful colour and designs. Just poor business relations. Doesn’t care if customers are satisfied.
