Went last week in Calgary to look at Freightliner Cascadia. It was embarrassed moment when I met customer sale assistant. No greet, no meet, no mask. Absolutely no respect for the customers. For the moment I felt like I come to his property and hi was asking what would you want. His arms was in pocket and tried to show his big status. Absolutely disrespectful way to treat the customer...
