Fantastic experience. The staff are extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They also take covid protocol seriously so you feel very safe walking into their office. Would highly recommend.

I don't even go to this dentist but my son does. I received 2 reminder phone calls for my son's dental appointments. Since my son has his own place and doesn't live with me I thought I would do the right thing and called the dental office and left a long message asking them to update my son's phone # so he would receive the messages. Once again for the 3rd time a lady called me for my son's appointment where as I explained to her, that I had left a message with my sons contact Info and before I could even finish the story she basically hung up on me. I was shocked. If this is any indication of patient care and or customer service they are awful! I run my own business and would never treat customers or POTENCIAL customers this way.. Pretty sure the dentis there don't even know how awful their secretaries phone skills are......

I called to speak with Erin and she was very rude and unprofessional. If this is how they treat their clients on the phone. I would strongly put a caution out there on how the quality of work and or over all professionalism.
