The quality of service and level of professionalism that I have received through Jack at the Richmond location, has been incredible. Bell Mobility is lucky to have you represent them. Jack’s attention to detail, alongside his desire to help find the best cellular solutions for his clients is what sets him apart from all other dealers I’ve dealt with. I will be moving more business to him and will happily refer all family and friends. I would say the difference in cell service quality between Bell, Rogers and Telus is seemingly marginal...but the level of service is what will sway users. Bell has my business because of Jack and Preston Mobility.

Unfortunately, google does not provide allow me to give more than 5 stars to Preston Mobility - Malisha to be specific. She was a great help in setting up my phone and plan, even though she did not need to. She helped in obtaining the unlock code from samsung in the matter of hours, which was way faster than "Theunlockingcompany", which charged me 40 cad. They are doing an amazing job in representing the BEL provider. Much thanks and I look forward to the years to come.
