As an infill home builder,I have used Prestige many times. This last time was a disaster. They came and took the measurements on October 10th and assured me the stairs would be complete and installed by December, so I could start drywalling. I called Nov.29th to see the install date and they said that the stairs were never ordered. They came out, measured again and said They would have the drawings ready to sign off on in a few days. 2 weeks went by, I called 5 times that second week and got a hold of no one. I eventually called in another stair company to complete the job but has now pushed my completion date back 2 months.
