I went here because I heard that it was very good, despite being a bit more expensive than some of the other places. It was definitely good, but there were several problems. The washroom was disgusting, to the point where I was scared to sit down. The dining room at the back wasn't much cleaner. There was dried up tapioca all over the floor and hairballs under the table. The service was slow. We were the only two people there. We watched them make our drinks from start to finish, but for two drinks, it took almost fifteen minutes because the two staff members were dancing and singing, answering calls off of their cell phones and just generally doing everything except for make our drinks. A third staff member appeared to be on break, because he was sitting behind the counter eating (so no mask on), which is all good, except he was about three feet from where they were making our drinks and kept standing up to look at this or that and, still with no mask on, was standing directly above our drinks. I was very much disappointed and I would not recommend it. The hygiene was terrible and the service was worse.

The greatest bubble tea store in Ottawa! Not a single drink I didn’t like, as of now hehe. They have a nice selection of hot/cold drinks, as well as a wide variety of delicious toppings! The staff is always amazing, friendly, and super quick in making drinks. The Inside is wonderful, cozy, and environmentally appealing, making for an excellent place to chill with friends!Been going for over 3 years and it’s an incredible experience each time!
I have loved presotea since always.. This location is good too. I mostly have a mango slush with milk, mango chunks and black tapioca. Its yummy.
So, on a hot summer day, i decided to quench my thirst by ordering some exotic drinks... Upon looking at this store's rating on Skipthedishes, i quickly placed an order for 4 drinks. Seeing the plastic bag with the drinks in them(photo included) didn't impress me, at least they could have used a better bag for these exotic drinks. It's not like i order 4 Coca Cola drinks... Anyway, that bad impression quickly turned into a good mood as I sipped on one of the drinks. - It was refreshing and cooled me down. - The containers are pretty solid with great brand imagery. - Pricing is okay too. - Taste? Well, i consumed all these in a single day.... need i say more? P.S. If you freeze them, they turn into a great tasting slushy popsicle. The milky one turned into a creamy ice-cream.
wow they deleted my review. good for them. i will just write again then to warn people that they don't care about their customers at all. There is no toilet paper in the washroom. I told the cashier and she said ok, thank you for letting us know and went back to work???? Seriously? she said she was too busy and don't know how to change toilet paper? really? i think a 10 year kid would know how to do that. plus there is no line up at all. what were you busy with? I think presto tea need to do better in employee training. i will never visit them again!
