I've had a good shopping experiences at this store. It's not a very big Shopper's, the prices are a bit high, but they sometimes have pretty decent sales. The staff has always been pleasant and polite the times I've been there.

Shopper's on King Street, Prescott, has been giving my husband & I, the best service one could want &, need. I want to give a shout out to Associate, Carolyn Burpee, Pharmacists Chris & Rocque/Rock, RX-counter assistants &, all the store clerks. You guys have been outstanding. I have always felt respected, welcomed &, you have been an important part in the life of my, very, disabled husband &, I. Terribly run, horrible customer service. If you need a prescription in a timely manner, go elsewhere. They are always hours behind, run out of stock and never inform customers of delays. Dr. sent faxed prescription in at 10:30 am for a much needed antibiotic. By 7pm husband went in to find out what was taking so long while I was at home in agony. He was told that it had not even been imputed into the computers....nearly NINE HOURS LATER. By the time he got it at close to 9pm it was far too late and I was in an ambulance on the way to the hospital. Give them another chance and they ran out of the medication. Did I get a call? NOPE! Oh sorry, we don't have it, come back tomorrow. Seriously!! Like I need another run like last time? Went back to the counter and raised a stink and only THEN were they all fired to find the medication at another store. Unbelievable. Never again! So poorly run it is scary. Hopefully they wont end up killing anyone.

If I could show a review with no stars I would! This has to be the worst place for terrible customer service! I purchased something and the price came up wrong as to what the tag said on the shelf. I stated to the cashier it had the wrong price but she wouldn't change it then the supervisor came up and she argued with me and wouldn't honor the tagged price. Needles to say I told them they could keep it and walked out! I work in retail and you are suppose to honor the tagged price! I will never be back to shoppers drug mart in Prescott AGAIN!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
