The past few times I have gone in store to order there has been no employee working front counter. They were all in drive thru. Today when I went in the same thing, no front counter employee. After I finally was able to place my order, I waited a few more minutes and was given the wrong order. I tried to get the lady's attention but she just continued on with drive thru. Once I did get her attention, she said she didnt remember giving me the order and brought me a fresh...correct order. Once I got out to the vehicle I was in, I found out my friends also received the wrong order and were waiting on the correct order to be delivered to the car. I understand you get busy with customers, but you need to figure out a better system as this is not the first time I've had this experience.

This location is usually busy as it is close to the 401 and a truck stop, service is good but 9 times out of 10 they ask you to pull ahead and wait for the simplest things like hash browns or fries.
Rudest employee ever. We ordered and waited for our order to be brought out and the worker didn’t bring our whole order out and was extremely rude and snarky and didn’t even bring the right drinks out. We mentioned they were wrong and she snapped at us. I’d suggesting going to the Burger King in Prescott if your hungry, better service, nicer employees.
That was the worst, most watery coffee I’ve ever had. The cutie at the drive thru coulda at least told me the coffee is 13 hours old before i leave on a 6 hour drive.
cant be the only one here who constantly gets sliced cheese and chicken burger patties cut in half on their snack wraps, and wrong items in their order?! lol ...I low key keep forgetting when I go to this location, then I get home stoked to eat and get so disappointed when I open my food
