After originally placing a five star rating for this company, I elected to lower my rating. When I chose this company to build my fence all around my yard, they were a little expensive but the five year warranty sold me. The building process with the crews and planning went well initially and the team lead assured me once again after he completed the job, they warranty the fence for five years. Turn the clock forward, three years later, two sections on one side of my property has buckled and various interlocked panels are opening up where I brought this to the attention of Premium Fencing. After a month , I was told a client care rep would come and look at it which was the team lead that built the fence originally. He told me that the integrity of the fence in still intact and their is nothing wrong with it and left the warranty paper in my door jam. After reading this form, they cover themselves where they really don't cover a whole lot which was very misleading from the outset. I have had a few opinions on the matter from friends who have a good knowledge of fence building and from the company that built my neighbor's fence. They told me that this issue should not be happening after only almost three years. My point of this review is if you are making a decision based on their warranty that they offer, use someone else!
From start to finish, the sales rep & project manager were professional, informative, courteous and non pressuring. I've never given a 10 out of 10 rating but this company & its staff certainly deserve it. Beautiful high quality vinyl fence. 100% satisfied & highly recommend them.
We had met with and received quotes from several fence companies and are so happy we went with Premium Fence for the job. From the communication with their Client Care Team to the removal and disposal of our old metal and brick fence to the building of our beautiful new horizontal cedar fencing, everything went very smoothly and was on schedule. Owen, the onsite project manager was great and really impressed us. He worked with us patiently to map out how the fence would look to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. He and his team member Alex went about the project very professionally, efficiently and with attention to detail which was really appreciated. We couldn’t be happier with the job. The fence looks great and it seems like every time we go out our door someone is walking by to compliment the fence and ask who did the job. We can't recommend Premium Fence enough – they definitely live up to the name!
