We contacted Premiere for a gas line install and to hook up our new range. Steve was the technician who came out to do the work and we are so pleased with how professional, clean and quick he was at getting the job complete! We would 100% recommend Premiere for whatever job you have in mind!
Home comfort consultant Mike Ling came to an appointment for A/C replacement quote in May 2019 with a bad attitude. Within 10 minutes of the appointment his behavior became insulting i.e. shouting at me with \What don't you understand?\ and claiming that I ask too many questions. He should not be allowed to work with customers, especially on sales side. Despite his quote being comparable to other quotes I received, I decided not to go ahead with this company.
Dealt with them twice. Pleasure to deal with from the initial phone call to the installers doing the work. Show up when they say they will. Great experience.
