Bought an X330 lawn tractor yesterday. Worked with Ken over the phone to decide on a model, then had a very quick viewing and payment at the store. They were able to manage a quick delivery to my driveway, and Ken gave thorough instructions for operation with a proper demo of the mower.

Went into Premier in Courtland to buy a pto switch for my 345. Person behind the counter said they did not have one in stock but told that their Simcoe store had one. Drove to Simcoe only to find out the person in Courtland gave him the wrong part # for my machine. He said he could get me one in2 hrs. and Iasked where it would come from and he told me Courtland where I had just come from. So I drove back to Courtland and got the part I needed. Not a word was mentioned. Not a sorry made a mistake. Sorry to have sent you there. Not very impressed.

I spent over 6000000 there this year and I have no regret. I will do it again next year. My farm runs on Deere credit. I love the place. Wish I could sleep there.
