Kala Ranch

Up until this year Precision staff had always been really helpful (but I always talked to the guys). This year, new building, new site and a woman is working there. An absolute 180* flip. Not willing to be helpful at all; not pleasant; snobbish attitude; superiority complex. Won't be going back. Sorry guys, you'd always been great but it just takes one really bad experience. I like to support local but can't do it this time. I'm not being sexist; it just happened to be a different person with a holier-than-thou attitude. Because of the new building/location? Or is it the person? Not sure but I'm not going back to find out. There's enough competition to support.
