This family run and operated business is top notch. My garage door was broken with my car in the garage and no way to get it out. I called at 11am and Bob and his son Zach had the door completely fixed and operating by 1PM. Unbelievable service. And Bob's wife Melita backed them up in the office. If you need anything done with a garage door call this company.They are fantastic.

There should be no need to look anywhere else. If you need your garage door serviced, this company was there for me the same day. And Zach knew what the problem was even on the phone. He was friendly and professional and I thought for the great service he provided was worth every dollar. He replaced my spring that broke with care and he answered any questions I had. If I ever need this type of service again in the future I will not hesitate to call him again. Please do yourself a favor and call this company if youneed your garage door fixed. Thanks again.

My garage door broke down couldn’t close it. I called several places first thing in the morning who said they would make an appointment through the week. When I reached Zack he was on his way to a job but would swing by for a look. They came back later in the day and had me fixed up with no issues, programmed all my vehicles to the new unit and installed an remote door control on my phone, now I can control my garage door anywhere in the world. These guys are very fast, professional, friendly, courteous and inexpensive. Thanks guys!!! really appreciate your deligence and great service.
These folks are top notch. We had a garage door open and door installed in the spring. When there was a technical issue with a part (no fault of Precision), Zack went above and beyond to rectify the situation. We won't think twice above hiring them again if/when we need another door!
Awesome service and support after hours...we had a broken cable and a partially open door late one evening and it was -15c and only getting colder and Zack wad able to respond quickly and get it fixed within the hour. Thanks very much truly a lifesaver.
