Such great service! We were visiting the area when our vehicle broke down on the Sunday of a long weekend. Monday morning I called but they were closed and I didn't leave a message, but shortly after I received a call back from them. They were able to open the office and hook us up with a car for a couple of days so we could still enjoy the area while our car was in the shop. Then, when the repair took less time than we were expecting, they allowed us to return the car early and only charged us for the one day. Thank you so much! You guys are amazing, and your \Kootenay Hospitality\ really made our vacation enjoyable!
