I purchased 2019 Yamaha Tracer GT and went there all the way from Markham, ON to pick it up. Mike - Sales Manager and his teammate James were very professional and very friendly. They did a great job, explained everything about the bike, and answered all of my questions patiently. It was a great purchasing experience and I would highly recommend them.

I had an antique Honda snowblower. Parts list was a little tricky but this team was a huge help and figured out what I needed. Very knowledgeable team and great customer service.
We were lucky to have Karen help us out with some youth mc helmets. She went out of her way to ensure we had a positive experience. My son had a difficult time putting a helmet on for the first time and she was very patient and helped me through the challenging experience. Thank you Karen it was nice to see such amazing service. Its is very rare to see these days.
I cannot say enough how happy I am with the support, service and advice that I received from the team at power sports Canada when I purchased my first bike - amazing! Jim was friendly and upbeat from the very first time we spoke. He put me in touch with Angela for the paperwork- friendly and professional - I was so impressed with the ease of completing the paperwork that Angela lead me through - she was great!. When we arrived to pick up the bike Jim was informative, friendly, and very enthusiastic helping me with my understanding of the bike. Once that was completed I needed some protective clothing and Jim put me in touch with Willa.
